Worst place in terms of customer service, worse welcoming ! All worse even before I checked completely In. Booked the place for a night due to natural disaster in Sharjah and could not access my house. As the primary I had my original ID. For my for my wife I had copy of passport and copy of ID. Makemytrip app says photo identification of guest is accepted. In the end they could not allow us to check in ! And still refused to refund my hard earned money ! Imagine during a natural disaster. No compassuon at all !! Cold hearted receptionist !!

The pillows provided were too hard. With request, provided one soft but malformed pillow. Suffered back pain and neck spasm. Kindly improve this. At least you can provide a pillow with desired firmness. Thank you

Your accommodation was very quiet and clean. Friendly staff and welcome callers. And the receptionist worked quickly and got me the room I needed. Although I did not eat breakfast, the attitude of the dining room supervisor was very appreciative. Thanks to you, my trip to Dubai was also good. All the best for Ibis Dubai Deira City Centre.
