afrer more than 3 years i back to this Hotel for few days and i am very happy about my stay . Sofitel Macau keeps very high service level , hospitality , appreciate loyal Accor members , everything in this Hotel belongs to old school FRENCH European style . afer covid time its really rare that Hotel keeps so high level of hospitality . Genarally i wanted to thanks all stuff , espaecially Chef Angelo for excellent meals ( breakfast looks really better and more interesting than before), for Mr Kelvin Chen for presonal care and help in future stay, Special thanks and best regards for GM Mr Vinz, congatulations for beeng GM and way how You rule Hotel and keeps best traditions and Sofitel unique climate. For my memomy You are 3 rd GM in this Hotel , but first one who reullary visit guests and asking about impression about stay. One more time great thanks for all team!

I have stayed here many times. This time I'd like to give my shout out to the wonderful ppl at the Rendezvous Bar, Rose, Sammy and Kate. They are friendly, professional, and a true asset to the hotel. I stopped by and grab a drink there every time because it's just lovely. I'd recommend you do the same

Fantastic staff and food Would highly recommend this hotel Lobby bar staff very helpful Executive floor staff all very helpful and make your stay enjoyable. The cocktails offered are excellent and well presented. Keep up the hard work Sofitel and see you all again soon !!!

We love the staff! Thanks to our fellow Filipinos, especially to Jessica, Kisses, Kate and Archie for making our stay extra especially on Mother’s Day! We received complimentary fruits and macarons, delivered first-hand in our room. Rooms service is also fast. Always happy to meet “Kababayans,” whenever we travel. Sofitel at Ponte 16 is a must-try hotel when in Macau! Come-by sometime. Thank you Sofitel!

Welcome was not that great upon arrival. Staff made me feel a bit unwelcome at the club lounge check-in. Unfortunately, this made the stay lest then an enjoyable experience. Victor from the club lounge, however, did make a big difference with his friendly advice and checking up with all the guests. Apart from that, it was an OK stay. It's not amazing, not bad. But OK.
