Easy walk from station and into centre. Very clean,lovely staff. Room was ready at 1pm. V comfy bed, shower fine, good blind and decent towels. No bedside table as given accessible room but was fine. Only one plug point. Water available downstairs. You can request a tea and coffee tray, with kettle for the room for 3.50. Wld def stay again. Thank you

Only there 2 nights, but disappointed no tea or coffee making facilities, n 3 floors up didn't want to keep going up n down in lift

nice service and rooms was good.all cleaned It was ous first experiance of staying in hotel we are bit nerviouse and afraid but we are glad that we choose ibis budget hotel.we both enjoy and if we went in cardiff we will definately stay there...

I arrived to find a big queue, I was eventually told to sort out the parking urgently as I had 15 mins. I had no idea this wasn't your car park. That was a load of hassle and I still had to move my car. I had better not get a fine! The room was pretty cold, I couldn't get warm. But it was fairly comfortable and quiet.

The key cards kept not working, i had to go down to reception and get the cards re-registeted 3 times over 2 days. The toilet room also smelt like wee which made the room smell bad too. Staff were very nice and helpful though and hotel close to the town and arena
