Construction Going On

The people at the front desk were extremely nice, knowledgeable and spoke English well but there was loud construction/drilling going on in the rooms and floors right above us and the hotel did not have any other rooms. We couldn't be in our room during the day which was inconvenient. I scheduled a massage to get out of the room one day and wouldn't recommend it. The masseuse wasn't good and the pool and spa area wasn't very nice although the pool was warm.

Cancelled the booking without informing

There was water problem in the hotel. When we came after a 12 hour hour journey, we were told the hotel is closed & instead of checking our booking, the receptionist was asking for the confirmation of booking. Finally after an hour or so we were transferred to another hotel nearby Things go wrong, but inform us before, offer an apology & sort out things if possible, that’s all.
