Overall very happy with our stay. Only slight problem was the room was too warm despite leaving the window open for 3 days. No air con. I understand fans were available but I find them very uncomfortable. Also had hoped to have a late drink in the hotel but the bar closed at 11pm.

I have stayed at this hotel many times, perfectly situated and easy reach from the tube. Rooms as you would expect from an ibis, clean and maintained. However on this occasion the receptionist that checked me was incredibly rude in her manor and unwelcoming. This is not what you expect and not something I have encountered here before. If this had been my first stay that alone would have put me off coming again.
