The stay was OK, room was clean and tidy, however twin beds was a surprise when requested a standard double. The heating could not be adjusted so was hot in the room and found that I had to go to an ironing room to do some ironing, not great in that respect. I stay in a lot of hotels and unfortunately will avoid Novotels where an iron isnt provided in the room. (this is not a great service)

Pretty nice hotel, old building with modern interior but with small details of luxury from previous times (palace type), great employees, excellent breakfast in elegant atmosphere, spacious room, good facilities. I was just disappointment to not have balcony (only rooms on 1st floor were without) since was quite difficult to have fresh air in the room (not enough opening windows).

Great quality hotel in a central area. Staff is lovely and helpful and the modern renovated upgraded rooms are comfortable and well insulated to reduce the traffic noise. Could be improved by providing some anemities in the bathroom eg dental kit, shower cap etc.
