DO NOT STAY HERE. Accor hotels you should be ashamed of yourselves. This is not a hotel, it is at best a hostel and at worst a disgustingly dirty hovel. We did not expect a five star hotel but we stayed at the Auckland NZ Airport ibis and so expected the same service for what was approximately the same price. The ibis budget airport hotel is in an industrial area, it has nowhere close to get a meal , it has no lifts , no hair dryers, no shuttle service to the airport. This hotel piggy banks on the advertising for the more impressive airport hotel , many sites show photos and reviews of the other ibis airport hotel . There were at least three other who had also made the same mistake when booking. The cost of addition taxi fares was approximately $100.00.

The team here were next level helpful. After leaving my ID at another hotel, they were able to retrieve it and get it back to me. They offer a breaky service for $10 and make great coffee. The coffee Josephine makes is impeccable. The girl has skills 🙌🏼👏🏼 They are licensed and easy for delivery services to find. Located five minutes from the airport, this hotel is a lot quieter than I expected and offered decent wifi! I was impressed. Realistically it wasn’t the glitziest place but it was functional, practical and affordable! The kitchen/ lounge area upon entrance is very cute! I would definitely recommend if you’re in town for a quick business trip, girls trip or simply wanting somewhere cheaper and practically located.

Staff greeting was perfunctory - not unpleasant but not engaging either The hallway in particular smells horribly - room wasn't too bad The Hotel needs some serious T&C

We stayed overnight to ensure we would not miss a flight to Canada the next day. Ben, the desk manager was excellent in all aspects of the stay, especially when we had trouble with the room door being a bit obstinate in letting us in. The room itself was small, but quite comfortable and the shower water pressure great and nicely hot. We were unable to enjoy the breakfast included in the tariff, but it looked fine for the price. Room best described as "cheap and cheerful " but it is close to Brisbane International Airport and a taxi butler is there to order a cab, which arrived within five minutes (hence the missed breakfast). Cab fare was under $25-00, so good choice.
