Travelled for business and stayed at this lovely hotel, well located within a few minutes of the old town. I was upgraded to an executive room. The rooms were modern, large and well appointed. Great breakfast choices.

Had a week long stay in a standard room. I was offered to “bid” for a paid upgrade prior to arrival which I thought was a bit silly. I asked on arrival if I could do so given status and staying for a week, even offering to pay, given a very firm NO. Ok cool. Hotel was not fully booked. Apart from that, the cleaners were spectacular, everything spotless. Most of the staff polite and friendly enough (for Prague).
