I always come to stay there, however on this occasion the room given was 615 the carpet was filthy frm entrance, drink/food stains on the carpet, definetly wasnt impressed.

My mother couldn't have a shower as she couldn't safely climb over the bath edge.

We had a wonderful room with an ocean view. It was very clean and comfortable. The highlight at Wellington Novatel were the staff, in every area. They accommodated our range of needs, from my elderly parent to myself and my children. I would definitely stay here again..

Good stay, apart from the carpark next door which was very challenging coming in & out of. Good friendly staff, maybe extend the discussions to include the restaurant

Tidy room, great to be at the top where we enjoyed the views. Friendly staff Need to look at where we park next time though.
