Terrible Air Conditioning system throughout the Hotel. Very misleading on the website description. No resolution when asking the Reception. Lobby Carpets were dirty also.

I was with Family trip and all provided rooms were newly renovated and hospitality were perfect. Every things I had in the hotel (Recipience, restaurants and house keeping) were up to magnificent.

Definitely not what I expected for a Novotel. Very dated, no air conditioning, only heat. Key card reader for the elevator only works half the time. I wouldn’t come back here

Awesome place. Indoor pool and sauna were fantastic. Staff are extremely helpful, will try to accommodate all valid demands. Housekeeping staff was very polite too. They were very kind and supportive.
