We had a great stay at the Ibis for first time stay. Staff were courteous and friendly, atmosphere of the complete inviting. I really liked that both Ibis and Novotel was connected via front desk the restaurant and bar. Nice to see there was a garden bar for those warmer months. I was really impressed with the gym how spacious it was with newish equipment that I made use during our stay. The rooms a little dated but for the price I believe it is value for money and our expectations were met. I’ll be back to stay again

Clean and tidy room. The pod style bathroom makes me laugh but it's functional. The barrister in the bar area where the where I had my a la carte breakfast and coffee was delightful, cheerful and very attentive.

Lovely, helpful and obliging staff at reception, restaurant, bar and housekeeping. Nice 'vibe' ...and an electric car charger that fits my car! I stay in Auckland regularly, but have no need to be downtown, so Ibis (short stay) or Novotel Ellerslie (for longer stays) has become my 'go to' accommodation.
