Our stay at the Novotel Tour Noire was excellent. From the very moment, we arrived, everyone did everything to make our stay enjoyable. We arrived early and were hoping to drop off our suitcases before checking in later. However, a room was prepared for us there and then, getting our stay off to a great start. The facilities were excellent in all respects. The choice at breakfast was extensive. We dined in the Gourmet Bar on the last night; it was our best meal of our stay! Thank you to everyone for making our stay so enjoyable!

Unfortunately the standard of the room wasn’t up to standard: - stained carpet -bottom bed cover stained - electric socket hanging out - it’s not a gym, it’s a small room with few cardio machines + weights
