The reception was awesome with a caring nature. Breakfast was tasty with different varieties, my son loved it. But, room air conditioning was at fault as it didn't work well.

the room that first they gave us was very bad because of noise coming from the street,the windows are not isolated and when a car pass by you can here all noises in the room and also there was a septic smell in the room.We changed the room in the middle of the night. Also one of the biggest disappointmnet was AC. i was shocked that ac is not working.

1. The room is really old, and unmaintained 2. Only one plug point available in the room 3. The door knobs are old and need so much effort to open or close 4. The bathroom is moldy 5. Expected better spread of bread 6. I felt as if I am staying in a cheap motel rather than in a novotel

Well equiped room but improvement needed on breakfast and parking

The room was well equiped also the check-in process was good with nice person on the reception (male). As ALL brand of hotel and also available whole parking lot, they were charging 8 EUR for parking was not nesseccary. I had stayed in Novotel and ALL brands many times but the range and quality of breakfast was not at all satisfactory. Being Vegiterian, the items were very limited and many of the things were cold/frozen (in case of pan-cake).

Overall limited choices for food, the previous menu was flexible and had more options. The rooms door wouldn’t lock, a maintenance chap looked at it and never returned. It felt like I was evicted from my room, returning back after working on the Sunday, my key card wouldn’t work nor was the power on in my room. After call reception, apparently city tax had to be paid immediately as there system was changing for the next day. This is ridiculous, a kind note or invoice could be left in the room!! I ended up changing hotels as I needed an extra night, suddenly the room rate increased by €130, this is extortionate!!
