The reception was awesome with a caring nature. Breakfast was tasty with different varieties, my son loved it. But, room air conditioning was at fault as it didn't work well.

There was a malfunction in my room door that requires pull or push really hard to lock it. When I communicate it to the front desk, they did not take any measures and assured me that all cleaning staff was aware of the problem. But when we came back at to the hotel at second night the door was unlocked. Security issues cannot be accepted in a hotel, does not matter how confortable (and the hotel needs be refurbished) or how low the price are (and it's not low). My faith in Accor's hotels are deeply affected from now on.

Our room reeked of stale cigarette smoke. The air-conditioning was not functioning as it was 'too early in the year' and they needed 'a week to get it working' - this despite it being 25 degrees+. The room was unbearably stuffy as a result but being an airport hotel we could not sleep with the windows open. The smaller toilet flush did not work. The shower leaked across the whole bathroom floor meaning we had to use our towels to soak up the water & prevent us slipping. These faults were reported on our first morning and we were told they would be addressed. When we returned in the evening, the carpet had apparently been cleaned and the window left open to release the fumes from the carpet cleaner. The a.c still did not work, the shower still leaked and the toilet flush had not been mended.

Loved the room, very clean and comfy bed. Dinner in the restaurant was delicious and Claudia was the perfect server/hostess. Coffee in the morning was the best. Thank you.

the room that first they gave us was very bad because of noise coming from the street,the windows are not isolated and when a car pass by you can here all noises in the room and also there was a septic smell in the room.We changed the room in the middle of the night. Also one of the biggest disappointmnet was AC. i was shocked that ac is not working.
