Poor check in staff. Difficult to communicate with, poor English skills. Even though we rang reception (before 10pm) and requested to be put on list for breakfast we were not. When we tried to explain to server she could not help or resolve issue. So we went across the road for a fabulous breakfast.

Mostly it was good, great location, close to all amenities. Seemed a little short staffed at times though, in both bistro and bar, particularly happy hour. Staff were very pleasant under pressure, particularly Friday night when guests stayed in because of the rain. Chef was not prepared for this, very long wait, heard many complaining.
