Worst Mercure Ever. Don’t waste your money!

There was black mold throughout the shower. The Toilet bowl was cracked and glued together. Worst Mercure hotel experience ever and I am a Gold Accor member and Accor Vacation Club owner. The restaurant was disgusting, fatty steak that looked and tasted microwaved. Butter chicken was awful. I requested a refund for my meals and I have never done that, ever. Absolutely terrible hotel. It’s an embarrassment for the Accor brand.

The room and facilities were ok but they took a security deposit of $100 and this has not been dealt with as it is still outstanding in my account. We are booked to stay a further 5 days from the 20 April so I will be bringing this to the attention of the counter staff but I should not have to do this.

disappointed at the Vandalism

I was disappointed in the vandalism in the hotel lifts and the hotel room. The lifts had writing scratched into the mirror, the tv in the room had scratches on the screen, there had been chewing gum or something sticky welded into the chair, the bathroom door had a hole smashed in it. I know its not the hotels fault but there must be some really undesirable people being let rooms at the hotel.
