Location is good with metro station minutes away. Unfortunately didn’t get the room with Effiel Tower view but overall happy with the stay. Staff especially the lady helped me with check in was friendly and extremely patient with my room change request.

Well located within walking distance from tower and very comfortable room. Two points could be better: the elevators are a bit too busy and there is no mini fridge in the room.

The positives - The hotel itself and the rooms are really good! They are clean and modern. It also is located in a good area. The negatives - The bathroom is very small, a bit too small unfortunately and one staff member was not great. The lady with blonde hair was slightly aggressive towards me when I asked a question. Also the lockers / storage space should be free but they are not free. I’ve been to many hotels and this is the first time I’ve had to paid to store my bag. For guests, this should be free of charge!

terrible food, they didn't have gluten-free items, dirty and uncomfortable rooms, windows that don't open, bathroom doors that don't close, very dirty, terrible room layout, uncomfortable elevators, non-existent mattresses, terrible service.

Good location to get around the city. We had housekeeping everyday but bedside tables were still dusty and dirty each day. Also need to in life a toilet brush to clean the toilet.
