For the price I would have expected the stay to be more memorable. The breakfast area was very nice with good views, but the food was mediocre and not up to the standard of a 5 star hotel. The staff in the restaurant was very friendly and added a personal touch to the stay, and was very helpful with our extra needs with our 1 year old daughter. The staff in the lobby was not memorable at all. When we checked in we did not receive any information on breakfast area or breakfast serving times, check out time or any other relevant information. The door man rather looked at the phone than to open the door for us, even though we had a stroller with us. Many times the doorman was not present. We never felt welcomed in the hotel, as there was generally no attention given to us when we came or left the hotel. This is key for a good 5-star hotel and one of the things we pay extra for. The room was clean and at a generally good standard. Would like more closets for clothes. The heater was not working, and the minibar was not restocked during our stay. The cleaning lady even forgot a cleaning cloth on our daughter's bed.

Loved this place. Beautiful spec and great staff… the bar restaurant team were exceptional. Not the best WiFi … might have been my error. Not sure!
