My husband and I loved our stay at the Sofitel. We cannot wait to come back with our kids one day. The staff is incredibly hospitable, warm and welcoming. We enjoyed the breakfast options. We had a wonderful and spacious room. Not to mention above all - the location of this hotel cannot be beat. You are in the middle of the best shopping and walking distance to all the best places. Do not miss out on this hotel. Special thanks to Alicia for making our anniversary trip so special, and Florencia as well as Antonio at concierge.

What a huge disappointment, I had stayed here in the past with my children and I don't know what happened in the last 3 years but this hotel has gone to the dogs. my first room had no heat working not to mention it was a suite and I could barely walk around the bed, the second room had its own issues and the service was not good overall. I would continue but I dont have the time to write a book on how bad our experience was.

We have a wonderful meal a the Sofitel, it was a perfect place for a business meeting. The food, service and drinks were fabulous. Cocktails divine. We will certainly be returning on our many business trips to Paris for another lovely meal! Bravo!

Everything was well Except the housekeeping: they were slow in service such as : they dont restock the water bottles and toilets paper and teabags until i call them + the cleaning women wasnt friendly or smiling Thank you

Hotel - perfect! Kind staff, very helpful. Room was better than imagined - delightful. Bed - so comfy! Location - awesome! Could walk to eateries. Eiffel Tower, Seine, and much more just around the corner. Beautiful photo opps everywhere! Felt comfortable anywhere I went.
