Lovely warm welcome from reception! This continued in the restaurant where the service snd food was fabulous. Special thanks to Mian & colleagues who made me feel very welcome! The restaurant is very friendly and well worth a visit, my room was spotless clean and very comfortable! Modern touches like various lighting options around the room and a mini fridge & safe made my stay very chilled.

Had a one night stay at the novatel bhx airport hotel . Firstly the hotel is modern clean and comfortable but what makes this hotel really stand out is the staff . Upon check in was greeted by 2 very friendly and helpful receptionists. When I went to breakfast I was served my a wonderful waiter called askhay , could not be more helpful and professional a really credit to the hotel . My room was clean modern , functional and comfortable. What easy comfortable stressful free stay I had

We stayed for one evening before a flight. The hotel is lovely and clean with modern decor. The bar offers a great selection of drinks and cocktails which are made from scratch. The restaurant food was decent and the staff were very attentive and helpful, in particular Mian who was wonderful!

The food was straight up bussin. My man Mian and Ruben hooked me up with some southern fried chicken, peroni beer and ice cream (lemon and strawberries) . A deadly combo that sent me straight to food coma. Make sure to request for em. Have a lovely meal.
