Room was good albeit a bit small, which was a surprise given that the costs were the same as during my last stay. As always, staff was excellent, very polite, friendly, welcoming, always ready to fulfill my needs. The only small thing I would suggest is to make sure that when a new guest comes into a room, that the bathroom supplies are not close to empty , e.g., shampoo, body wash, soap, so that one does not have to ask for a refill immediately, but has a couple of days of supply. That’d be more comforting, particularly if one would prefer to have the room not immediately serviced on the next day after arrival , but have a little bit of quiet time to get settled.

Short stay, breakfast good. One thing I mentioned your reception is that the clothes cupboard was impossible to open properly which also meant I could not make use of the safe. I didn't wish to use strength to open up the cupboard as it already looked a bit damaged.

The room set up with a small loft was great but what we found even better was the welcoming service at every corner, from the reception, the bar and at breakfast. The handy location (a stone’s throw from Münchner Freiheit) was a bonus. Definitely coming back again.
