We love staying at Novotel hotels, and they are our first place to look when doing city breaks. Nice centre Vieux is a great hotel and the staff, from the reception staff, breakfast staff, evening bar staff and cleaner were all lovely and helpful. The room was fine also. Our only concerns were that the room was far too hot overnight and the air conditioning didn’t do anything (it was working but didn’t cool). Also the shower pressure was terrible… even at cold temperatures.

Spacious room . Enjoyed the fitness room and restaurant was tasteful

We're also pleased that the location of our hotel was convenient for your visit to La Promenade. However, we regret that there was an unexpected delay during check-in. We understand how valuable your time is, especially when you have important commitments like meetings. Please rest assured that we are constantly working on improving our check-in system for a smoother and more efficient process. Regarding the Nespresso machine, we would like to clarify that these are available only in our Executive rooms as part of the enhanced amenities. However from what we can see - you were upgraded to the Superior room. And despite the absence of the Nespresso machine we do hope that you enjoyed your stay with us. Very kind staff overall, very helpful and friendly. The breakfast buffet is not very elaborate, but offers high-quality products in a calm environment. Received no special attention as Platinum member apart from a welcome drink voucher. The room is pleasant and well equipped.
