Polite, helpful, friendly, attentive, and just superb, staff on reception. They make the experience so much better. Fantastic rooms, comfortable, clean, great shower, clean towels, chairs, safe, fridge...great! Highly recommend this Novotel for the reasons stated.

Comfortable and quiet room. Excellent breakfast. All staff friendly and helpful. Very poor hospitality provision in the room - instant coffee, minimal tea offering, mugs with no handles so too hot to hold. Generally pathetic and not thought through. Fortunately we know this from previous visits so we bring our own supplies and cups, but this should not be necessary.

Very nice place, well located, friendly staff. The rooms are quiet, clean and functional. We stayed only one night but were surprised that the centre was on walking distance. Also the fact that you can park your car at the hotel is a plus. Don'y hesitate to book your stay!
