First time staying here and first time staying in this location and I was happily impressed. Very easy to get to via the DLlR, which is just a very short walk. The reception was very welcoming and check in was easy. The room was the standard UK ibis finish. Room was not massive but clean, tidy and most importantly quiet. The bathroom was smaller than expected but fully functional and again very clean . WiFi was about 20mb so perfectly fine for what I needed. Breakfast was offered for about £15 which I thought was a bit steep but there are plenty of local options around. Overall for a budget hotel I was very impressed and would happily stay again.

Well located, but overpriced. Small bedroom and bathroom with inadequate lighting

The staff was not responsive to our requests for a quiet room on the upper floor. We were first given a room giving on the building central air-conditioning engine and, after going back to the front desk, we ended up in room 110 on the noisy street side.

Not bad for a short stay

The staff were helpful. We requested late check-out for one of our rooms and our request was accommodated without extra charges. Great location to explore Greenwich. The rooms were clean, comfy and quiet. The only issue was the AC was making quite a bit of a noise in one of the rooms. Talked to the receptionist and was told all the ACs were apparently making noises until I said the AC in another of our rooms worked just fine. We were offered a portable radiator in the end.
