Booked the Ibis last minute after reading bad reviews of our original booked hotel! We stayed at a few hotels at heathrow previously, but this was a first at the Ibis. We arrived in the evening & we were greeted by a delightful young lady who finalised our online check in & we paid our car park fee with her too. Our room on the 1st floor was compact, but quite sufficient for an overnight stay, the bathroom was larger than we had in a superior room at the Ibis central in Edinburgh a few weeks ago! The bed was super comfy & we had a good nights sleep. We left early & dropped our key cards with another cheery receptionist, who wished us well on our way. Heathrow was a short drive to leave our car at terminal 3 Well done Ibis Heathrow, it was perfect!!

We were very happy with our stay. We stayed one night on our way back to Canada. It's close to Heathrow T2&3. We took the local bus instead of the hoppa. It was a 5 minute walk to the bus stop. The room was clean and the bed comfortable. The staff were kind and pleasant. We were especially grateful for the staff member who went out of his way to ask the chef whether vegan food was available at breakfast. Thanks to him were able to have vegan sausages with our breakfast. All in all a good experience. I would stay again.
