The location of the hotel was perfect for sightseeing. The staff were friendly and helpful. It is a great hotel for families. The rooms were comfortable and the were regularly cleaned. We had a wonderful stay.

Upon checking in, I found the room to be not nearly as nice as what was presented online. The room was visibility dirty, cleanliness was clearly not a priority. The staff was kind and helpful. The hotel has weird smells, it was hard to control consistent temperature (making it hard to sleep). I did not enjoy our stay, it made me spend as much time as possible out and about, and I did not look forward to returning to our hotel at night.

Room was infested with Mosquitos, AC did not work properly, sofa bed was in poor condition, and the pillows provided are of very cheap quality. Very disappointing for a hotel of this stature and the price paid. Despite the great location, I would not stay here again and would not recommend to family or friends.
