Poor rooms condition, dirty walls, stained carpet which had a hole in it and wall corners chipped showing the concrete Not 4 star standards

Hotel was ok Reception staff were not very friendly Rooms were far too hot No way of making them cooler

Hotel is outdated, renovation work was quite loud in daytime; restaurant and breakfast are good

People drilling nextdoor during several minutes , not letting us to sleep properly, it started at 10am and it was really awful.. Super expensive for the overall experience, does not worth to stay

Worst Hotel Stay in My Life Travelling Over 20 countries over 30+ years

As I was moving from one continent to another, I thought it would be nice to stay in Lisbon for a couple days and rest with my family, especially since we have a 2 year old baby girl. However this was the stay from hell. As as accor member for over 10+ years I have never felt so disrespected and mistreated in my whole life. I trusted the chain to take good care of my family and provide the most essential thing a hotel has to offer (let us rest) but the hotel was under STRONG renovations with STRONG NOISES all day long. People on site did what they could, changing our room 3 times to no effect… I was supposed to get an email yesterday about having my money back and/or some invitation to the hotel when it was not under renovation, but that did not happen as well. Definitely DO NOT BOOK YOUR STAY HERE if you want to sleep past 8 am! Ah, before someone asks, the member website does not let people know that the hotel is under renovation…
