We had a lovely four nights at the Cairns Novotel. Found the service warm and friendly, which being in a busy F. oriented property is to be commended. I would like to compliment in particular the front desk staff with dreadlocks who greeted my F. by our names and gave us great tips for our stay as well As the lovely lady at the breakfast every morning (I am sorry but I am horrible with names!) , who were always so cheerful despite it being busy. We had lunch at the Moku restaurant and cocktails every day which were very good. Room was always spotless and made up to a good standard everyday. If I could suggest any feedback it would be the token system for the pool towels was a little in-convenient but understandable. Thanks! Adrian

Very hard to single out any particular person in regards to staff interaction. All were exceptional from the front desk, housekeeping, restaurant and especially the bar staff serving great cocktails at the swim up bar. Great stay and would highly recommend.

Location of the hotel is excellent and it accommodates for families very well. Pool is so good for the kids and of course adults. Service was very good, however I was disappointed with being checked out of our room when we were staying an additional 2 nights, was just a misunderstanding. We found all staff to provide excellent service and really went out of there way to help.

We had the best time at the Novotel. Staff are friendly and very helpful, breakfast buffet is fantastic, out room (family suite) was very clean and comfortable, and the pool area is hands down the best I have ever enjoyed. Kids enjoyed the school holiday pool pony races, and the hotel is in a terrific location. I wouldn’t stay anywhere else. We will be back, thanks Novotel.
