Your staff members who checked me in and out were ace; your best asset. The hotel reminded me more of an Ibis than a Mercure, however, with very basic amenities in the rooms. And given most of your customers would be business customers, the wifi was painfully slow. That said, for price, convenience etc... would probably still stay with you again.

A good hotel with nice rooms, good beds, and good standards in the rooms and the hotel overall. The location is a bit far from the city center, but very good if you come by car with easy parking and quick access from the highway.

This Mercure hotel is very conveniently located just off the highway near Nürnberg airport. We were on our way to NL and needed an overnight somewhere easy not going into town traffic. There is a big parking lot, parking is around 10 eur per night. Mercure has excellent facilities and room amenities, breakfast is excellent and staff are helpful. Since it was Easter Monday, restaurant was closed, but we were pointed to the Greek restaurant in town which was open and was an excellent choice as well. This way we discovered also the small medieval historic centre of Fürth! Very good value for money! And very convenient!

it's 'only' a 6 because of: + no welcome drink has been offered during check in (silver member) + lot of smokers in front of room, opening window for fresh air not possible

we had a good stay, unfortunately there is not much arround to see and no restaurants or possiblities to get food with kids exept fast food

we had a very good stay, we only stayed two nights and unfortunately we got sick, so we were not able to enjoy all services, but what we did use (check in, check out, breakfast, fitness room, kids playground) was very nice
