From the moment I arrived, I was captivated by the serene beauty and tranquility of the location at Lounge but what truly made my stay exceptional was the outstanding service provided by Lucie. She greeted me with a warm smile and was incredibly helpful throughout my visit. Her attention to detail and dedication to providing top-notch service was evident in everything she did. Whether it was offering great recommendations for activities or ensuring that all my needs were met promptly, Luccie made my stay incredibly enjoyable and stress-free. Loved the hotel. Everything from room cleanliness to big balcony with the breathtaking view to the Han river and Han Bridge, especially at night. Really impressed by Premier Lounge as it looks luxury with the good service and yummy food. Yes! The food was really decent there, from breakfast to evening's canape. Relaxed atmosphere of the lounge along with the city view will impress you! Also if you are an Accor member - this is perfect choice and hotel follows all the rules and provide benefits accordingly. Staff is friendly and talkative. Easy to walk around the hotel (very nice area with flowers, trees and pavements) and many things to do around- from river cruise to visiting local coffeeshops and restaurants. Recommended!

This was one of my long stay holiday. And I decided to come back to this hotel by the river. Having stayed here 5 years ago for 2 days, I was mesmerized by the hotel staff friendliness and amazed by the spectacular view of the Han River opening up to rolling mountains and the wide sea. This trip was no different. The staff this time even help celebrate my wife birthday at the lounge making it a real special and unique moment for us. We build a nice friendship. We love the yoga teacher. The long stay this trip continue to build upon the wonderful memories which will last forever. My sincere thanks to Mark, Rosa, Luccie for taking care of us during our stay.

Luccie at Premier Lounge, helpful for travel and dining recommendations, always willing to assist and advise. Maybe we're a bit annoying, but she is always smiling and kind. Coming to Novotel, recommended room types include the Lounge because it is extremely useful, the staff is friendly and comfortable.
