Lovely stay. Slight confusion as to where the reception desk was located. Clean and comfortable. Delicious breakfast and catered for all dietary needs.

Shower ran hot and cold. All in one body wash shampoo conditioner didn't really do any of those very well. Wasteminz drinks function was handled poorly, bar staff were unprepared and overwhelmed. 20 minute queue to get to bar, and when bar tab closed, stood at bar waiting to purchase, was ignored by a number of staff, gave up. Pretty poor.

Hotel is clean & staff are great! However, the bed was hard in the middle and the shower hot water kept alternating between hot & cold.
