I can’t thank Rochelle & the team, Tracy, Abi, James, Katie, Irene just a few, enough for what they did for us. They made sure our day was perfect, Rochelle is amazing and such a perfectionist, just what any bride would want. I was so stressed leading up to the wedding with one thing and another but on the day I felt so calm and relaxed. Rochelle and Jimmy told me not to worry about a thing, that was their jobs! but to be honest they were that organised and professional.. but I must add friendly.. that there was nothing at all to worry about. They were absolutely amazing. I would 1000% recommend them and the hotel. Every member of staff at the hotel are wonderful and after visiting a number of times for different things have become like a second family, nothing is too much trouble for any of them. Next the chef.. Keaton, all I can say is WOW, our guests will be talking about our ‘Mad Hatters Afternoon Tea’ for a long time.. it was amazing, both to look at and to taste, he certainly excelled! On to our photographer Jo Bishop Photography she is fantastic, the best.. I am camera shy, but Jo made me feel so comfortable and confident. She is such a lovely person, we couldn’t have wished or wanted anyone else. It was like having your best friend there and having a good laugh. Saying that, she is very professional, but knows how to bring out the best in you. I didn’t want her to go when she’d finished, not to carry on working, I just enjoyed her company that much. So to anyone booking the Mecure Hotel Georgian House & Jo Bishop Photography, you have booked a wonderful place and the best people to make your wedding perfect ❤️ and I wish you all the happiness in the world xx

Afternoon Tea, Excellent attentive and obliging waitress (Irene?). Food was attractive, well presented and appetising. Situated in the dining room adjacent to reception, light airy and comfortable. Spotlessly clean and easy to get to. Disabled parking right outside door and a short walk to our dining area. Thank you for a lovely experience.

Went today with my wife for a lovely afternoon tea, it was a birthday present from our granddaughter. The table service was 1st class from a lovely lady called Irene and we both thoroughly enjoyed the whole experience. There was that much to eat neither of us managed to finish it, so Irene gave us both a plastic container box to take away with us all that was left....Thanks Irene

Lovely staff always go out there way to make you feel very welcome they gave us the bridal suite even though we didn't married at there property I would recommend this place to anyone I know the food is really nice drinks are reasonable priced and will always be going there for other advents

Irene, was a brilliant very friendly host and our afternoon tea was perfect. Will definitely be coming back. Afternoon tea was so filling we had to take some home, cakes were delicious. Irene kept us filled up with tea and the little vase of fresh flowers was great.
