The distance from the Hotel to the haram is within 5 minutes and there is a back entrance into the Clocktower which makes it easy to get some food. I was checked in by a lovely young man called Rayyan who gave us an complimentary upgrade after asking and with an amazing view of the Kaaba. Rayyan and the team also surprised me and my wife with a cake and it was the best touch ever and we did not expect. Honestly the best customer service i have received and the Hotel is very clean and spacious. Swissotel can be on the pricy side but you pay for it the service, food, location.

Well located as it is near to Haram. Easy acess via Clock Tower or from side next to Ghufran Hotel. Room is clean amd comfortable. Really recommend this hotel 👍🏻

Great service and location. Mr Fahed was very welcoming. Also, the cleanliness stood out. The stay was above and beyond.

I love this hotel, primarily because of it's location. We return to it often. The triple room was fine, and the bathroom a bit snug. Hot water kettle, but no coffee maker. Service is unobtrusive. We didn't avail the food and beverage services.

Swissotel Makkah is one of the best hotels located within Haram. I have stayed at some other hotels within the same complex/Clock Tower, and Swissotel scores the best of all. We stayed there for some of March and April 2024.
