The Plaza was just as lovely as expected and the service there was second to none. My husband left his phone in the cab on the way there and the concierge arranged to get it back. He handled the whole thing. Room service was excellent too, and the room and bathroom were both spacious and beautiful.

My mother and I had tea at the Plaza today and we loved every moment of the experience. We were given exceptional service. The tea and food was delicious. I would like to personally thank Khalid for his attention and service. We will be back soon.

I’d like to extend a sincere thank you to the entire staff of the Plaza. Our weekend stay was a special occasion for our family and everyone from the pre-check-in coordinator, to the front desk staff, room service, porters, bell-men, housekeeping, concierge, transportation and restaurant staff were all incredibly professional, personable, accommodating and went out of their way to be beyond helpful. They were all genuinely nice people. We have always loved this hotel. The building is only one part…it’s the great staff that complete the experience and make you want to return. With great appreciation to everyone…

Tea was fantastic at The Plaza Hotel! Highly recommend! Shalim Khan, our server, was very attentive. Entire staff, ambiance and food were great! Perfect atmosphere for a NYC experience! Make reservations in advance because it was totally full on. Tuesday afternoon.

Shalim helped us with a fabulous birthday experience. They brought out a little cake and gave us exceptional service! The sandwiches were delicate, tea was special and unique, and the seating was very charming. People were well dressed too.
