Stayed here for 1 night in a double room, transiting from UK to Asia. Great location - 10 min walk to Metro, clean, bright room, good size. Had everything we needed for our short stay. Our room had a balcony, which we didn't request so that was a lovely surprise! Staff we dealt with were pleasant. Would definitely stay here again.

The room was spacious enough and the bed and pillows vert comfortable. The bathroom is tiny. But the shower was hot and powerful. Soap and shower gel are provided There was a mini fridge and safe in the room. Only a carton of water and two paper cups provided. Which is a shame, I do like to have tea and coffee facilities in the room fir when you first wake up. Our air con didn't seem to work, only blew out hit air. Which meant we had to have the window open to try and cool the room down. Quite a noisy street. Breakfast was good. Only hot option is scrambled egg and mushroom. But good selection of cereals, breads, fruit, salad had and cheeses etc. Staff are all friendly and the location was good for us

I have nothing negative to say about this property. The hotel was clean. The staff was helpful. They stored our luggage for us without charge. In the lobby every day they provided delicious complimentary Pastel de Nata. This hotel provides great bang for your buck.

Inexistent soundproofing!

The hotel is very nice, so are the rooms and the services. The soundproofing is inexistent!!! Spent both my nights hearing everything coming from the other rooms, a football game and a couple talking... Which made impossible to rest in peace.

Incredibly helpful front desk staff. The hotel was clean and the games room (fooseball, pool/snooker table and Street Fighter arcade game) was awesome. We found the room spacious and clean, with very comfortable mattresses. The bathroom was on the snaller side. While there was ample hot water and good water pressure, I found that it tended to get the floor quite wet. The windows did a good job at minimizing traffic noise. But the ceilings weren’t as efficient. Our first night was not pleasant, as the occupants above were thumping around, dropping things, dragging furniture etc. until 2:30 in the morning. Breakfast was good value I think at 12 euro per adult. Kids were free. Wasn’t the tastiest but again, 24 euro for the 4 us was a decent value proposition. Overall, I would definitely stay here again, providing I could get a room on the top floor.
