It was our first time in Goa and we absolutely loved it . The hotel was lovely . Really comfortable rooms . Probably one of the cleanest hotels we have stayed in . The staff we very friendly and couldn’t do enough for us . Getta welcomed us when we arrived and looked after us for our stay . Soo relaxing. We will definitely be booking for next year for my husbands 60th birthday and our wedding anniversary

Went to sohum luxury spa at Novotel and was one of the best experience. I have been to their Mumbai outlet and must say they maintain their quality here also. It was just amazing. Reception team was so friendly. Dr. Megha helped me with the treatments and took care for my concerns and suggested me certain diet plan and yoga. Therapist named Ashika was very professional and experienced. Will be revisiting for sure.

Enjoyed our 3rd stay at the hotel. The access to a clean un crowded beach is the most sought after. During our stay in April there was enough water in the sea to swin throught the day. Thanks Anjali & Nitin for the smooth checkin and checkout. Thanks Gita for your assitance and enabling us to have enjoyful stay at the hotel. I think the hotel should have more water filling stations and encourage guests to refill their plastic bottles. This short stay was without been and accor + member anymore.

The welcome, attention and willingness to please and make customers happy is the best ever example of customer service we have ever experienced. The staff are all amazing at every level and are a credit to the hotel. We would like to say a massive thankyou to our Tui Rep Karen Hall, she has a wealth of knowledge of Goa and goes out of her way to be of assistance. We was at the hotel for Christmas and New Year, I really don't think the staff and management could have done anything more to make the festive session so special. We enjoyed Christmas carols around the tree, a fantastic Christmas Eve and New Years Eve gala events. Special mentions to Rakesh (Mama Mia) who is a true gentleman also Kartik (Seagull) who is so polite. The pool area is kept immaculately clean. I do think that small tables would be useful at the side of your sunbed. Food in both of the restaurants is worthy of Michelin standard.

We have chosen Novotel Goa Dona sylvia resort for our group Fullerton two days residential conference. The meeting place swt up was very nice,comfortable well trained staff and last minutes request also done promptly. Banquet staff Ravi, Nefens, Delroy, Afflick and mgr Chandan, Ajit was excellent. Good service and food. Resort is very beautifull check in and stay very comfortable. We recomend this resort for best place for MICE.
