This is a lovely hotel unfortunately they also provide lots of rooms for aircrew. Most of whom are inconspicuous. Unfortunately while I stayed there was a group from British Airways who behaved as if they were on a hen party. Don't think the tolerate that sort of behavior on their planes!! Location of the hotel is excellent rooms big and comfy and some of the best views in Singapore. Hopefully next time BA will have moved to another hotel.

We had a great surprise in our room. They took teddy bears and bunnies 🐰 and other cute stuff toys and created something magnificent. Truly wonderful. Also everything is so nice I love it 🥰. U are also in a mall where you can do a lot of shopping 🛍️ so if u like shopping come here. Best hotel ever!

We had the most AMAZING stay at Swissôtel in Singapore! The staff were amazing and the customer service was exceptional. We were visiting from overseas to celebrate my 40th birthday and the hotel did not disappoint. We had an beautiful room with stunning views of marina bay sands and the city on the 55th floor. Upon arrival the staff had left a delicious cake in our room which was a very kind gesture. The rooms were spacious, clean and very comfortable. The buffet breakfast had a variety of options which we all loved and the hotel had a shopping centre attached to it plus MRT just downstairs. We will definitely be back!

The view of Marina Bay from the room was truly breathtaking, even though it was changed due to the initial room assignment issue. In my opinion, the rooms around the ~59 line are too distant to be classified as harbor view rooms. I could barely catch a glimpse of the harbor when I craned my neck outside the balcony. Furthermore, I was genuinely grateful for the prompt response from Alicia at the front desk when I requested a room change. However, I was somewhat disappointed by the attitude of the Korean staff member (whose name I do not know) when I returned the key to the first room. Initially, I explained the situation in English when returning the key, but she directly and cynically responded in Korean, without acknowledging my language proficiency. I understand that this may have been due to my limited English skills, but it contrasted sharply with the warm welcome I received during check-in at the esteemed Swissotel The Stamford, as I had anticipated. Despite the initial impression, my stay at the hotel was memorable, thanks to the efforts of the other staff members, especially the housekeeping staff. However, I do hope that there can be some improvements among the staff to uphold the hotel's excellent reputation.

Good room and great service, staff was really helpful and very courteous, it made a week long stay very pleasant and comfortable ! Their automated check in/out makes it easy, efficient and convenient ! Location is quite nice too, located in the Downtown Core, within the Central Area, walking distance from an amazing historic building complex CHIJMES, which began life as a Catholic convent known as the Convent of the Holy Infant Jesus but now also houses in its courtyard some atmospheric eateries and bars. One of the best things about staying in Swiss hotel is the view from the balcony overlooking stunning Singapore skyline, Marina bay sands, giant wheel and the ocean ! Hotel is also connected to Raffles Mall, highly recommend for a good stay in Singapore
