Great location. Very nice and clean hotel - from the lobby to the guest rooms, everything was spotless. The staff was friendly and attentive, making for a comfortable stay. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone seeking a clean and welcoming accommodation experience.

This hotel is in a great location within easy walking distance to bars and restaurants and literally across the road from the main railway station. We were able to park in the car park and when we checked in we paid £12.50 for each night. The rooms are clean and well presented if maybe a little tired, although the bathroom was wonderful, excellent shower. Breakfast was buffet style and had a wide choice of fruits, cereals, breads and pastries and also the hot selection. All staff were welcoming, friendly, and very professional. Special mention for Edvinas that was overseeing breakfast, he was so helpful and friendly and took care of all of our requests. We will definitely return when we are in that area again.

Had a lovely weekend away, staff were very attentive and polite. The room was well-presented and clean. We had breakfast both mornings and were very happy with the variety of food offered and the quality. Will defiantly be re-visiting and recommending to friends/family.

great location, stayed one night they accept dogs so that was really useful. We definitely come again as great value for money Staff, friendly and attentive Parking in the Hotel is a bit of a problem, but there is a car park nearby . We went to the theatre in University. They’re a good bus services outside that can take you to University if you’ve got an event to go to .

I went to a Mamma Mia afternoon tea for Mother’s Day. We were served dry sandwiches and cakes from Tesco - as confirmed by the kitchen. I paid £75 for the privilege. I was told someone would be in touch. Emailed twice and no response. Not impressed that no one has bothered to reply to me for weeks, so leaving a review to let others know how poor the hotel restaurant is and how little they care about customer service. Avoid. Can recommend Hotel du Vin as an alternative. Or just walk up the road to Tesco and save yourself £70.
