This is an outstanding property in Santa Rosa. It is a very new, well located facility. The rooms are very comfortable and the bathroom is beautiful. The staff is friendly, although check in and check out both took a very long time. I strongly recommend this hotel.

The hotel is nice, the size of the bed is massive and comfy. The rooms have shampoo, body wash and alcohol. Nice water pressure. They still have the covid controls very serious, distance, masks on, and the buffet the staff is only allowed to served. The only thing I didn’t like it was the fact that for using the swimming you have to pay separately from the price of the room. (That it’s already high).

We have stayed here several times in the past and loved it. But it has clearly gone down hill in the past year. Greatly disappointed with the first floor bar area being closed up and being included in the 2nd floor dining area for kids and all the local children. We felt like it was a children’s nursery not a fine dining experience and place to spend the evening. We have many other fine choices in town so we had to move on. No longer on our list of places to stay or eat.

A great hotel! It was clean and had great service. I’ll stay there again! There is a restaurant and a bar restaurant with more casual food. Both were good. There is parking and a beautiful lobby. The room is large and the walk-in tiled shower was wonderful!

I had a great stay at the Mercure. I spent one night there on my way from San Rafael (Mendoza) to Buenos Aires and it was the perfect way to end my vacation. What I liked: - Staff: Very attentive; they make you feel truly welcome - Very well appointed rooms with outstanding beds & pillows - Very nice heated rooftop pool - Great design in public areas - Very good wifi - Good location - Nice and reasonably priced restaurant - Very reasonable rates What I didn't like: - Breakfast was good but could have been better I would definitely stay here again; it was one of the best hotels I've staid in in the last few months -and I travel a lot.
