Hotel is right next to exit 10 of Myeong-dong which is in the touristy area of Seoul. The staff were interacted with were ok. Not friendly and not rude. The room was fine, probably needs an update soon. The downside was the construction next door, noisy from 8am to 6pm. There is a sewage smells around the hotel entrance but I presume this is normal in a big city like Seoul? I wouldn’t stay there again but it’s an acceptable hotel to stay nevertheless.

The building is super close to the Myeongdong Night Market. Plenty of restaurants are in the area and the hotel is near a few train stations. The staff were super helpful. We mainly spoke with Yun. She was sweet and made sure that we were very informed. The staff speaks English well and were able to communicate with us easily.

Amazing hotel !!! Staff is super friendly and super helpful (speak perfect english so thats a big plus!). Expect a great stay in a walkable area very near a subway station! Also hotel hqs very fast wifi and rooms are extremely clean. I would recommend this hotel to all my close friends and family if they visit Seoul.

Excellent service and very good quality/price ratio. Staff is very kind. Especially Mook was very kind during the check in. He arranged payment through company card and early check in. I will book again this hotel when I will be back in Seoul next time.
