We stayed here for 2 night before flying out of Heathrow and immediately regretted it. Staff do not help you with luggage or even show you where your room is. The room we had 139 (AVOID AT ALL COSTS) was so dirty and noisy it was hard to sleep. While I appreciate it is opposite and airport, there is ZERO noise cancelling in the rooms. There is a shuttle to around the corner from the hotel which is 9 pounds per person. Better to take the local bus. Dissappointed no free shuttle given airport is within sight. The water system left something to desired. The temperature is inconsistent and would change from freezing to burning hot. I was burnt while showering, not impressed. We stored our bags on our last day for a few hours and when we collected them I was horrified to have the girl at reception desk just open the door where the were and tell us to get them, did not even look at our bag tickets. We could have taken anything and she would not have known or cared. Next time I will rather stay elsewhere

Booked one night before early morning flight out. £14 extra to park and limited parking spaces. Not sure where you would park if no spaces. Although room was small, bed very comfortable, clean and friendly efficient staff. Easy drive into Heathrow.

I booked this last minute on a long transit in London. They had a good day rate offer from 09:00 to 18:00 which was perfect and then I could leave for my next flight. Hotel was clean. Staff were friendly and pleasant. Fine for a basic quick airport stay within close proximity to Heathrow. Complimentary WIFI which was fine. Room was spacious, basic but comfortable. Complimentary coffee machine in the lobby / restaurant area or you can purchase snacks or have a meal. Convenience store next to the hotel which is handy. For a layover or transit, this was fine for 1 night. Cheapest option near Heathrow!

We had an overnight stay here and found the hotel to be nice, staff helpful and the room comfy and clean. It's easy to get to from Heathrow by bus. Lost one mark because of the bathroom lighting and position of mirror if you're female and trying to put make up on!! You have to stretch over the sink to see in the mirror, so can't see close-up.

Stayed at this hotel last November, as I had a morning flight to Japan. Getting from the hotel to Heathrow Terminal 3 was very convenient, as the 'Hotel Hoppa' bus stops right outside the hotel. As for the hotel itself, it served all the requirements that I needed from it. The room was spacious and clean, the bed was comfortable for the 1 night that I stayed there - And I managed to get to the airport in the morning with a good nights sleep, feeling clean and without any stress. Overall, I was very happy with my stay, and I've already made another reservation at this hotel for another flight to Japan later in the year.
