Over all, it's a good hotel and the staffs are friendly. Despite the room is quite small, but the breakfast is good and you can have various meals provided. The restaurant staff, Julia is very helpful. Thank you Mercure Sabang.

Haikal is an excellent service staff, who is very helpfull to the guests. The hotel overall is excellent. Food is also excellent. But need more variations. Room is clean, quiet and tidy. Secrity persons are also helpful and friendly. Angga is also very friendly and helpful staff.

Food really good and service really nice. Location super strategic near cafe and public transportation more over the hotel is really cozy and comfortable. Ms leni really helpful serving me a glass of cappuccino and made may day.

@haikal great service.. very helpful and kind.. Clean room.. Friendly staff.. Decent Pool.. Right in the city center of Jakarta very close by to Monas, Bundaran HI & Masjid lstiqlal .. hope to come back here very soon.. very delightful stay
