Hotel is very convenient as it is just after the Highway. Rooms are clean and well oriented. The view is just very nice. To bad that you can’t open the window in the night because of mosquitoes and sound of the train, but it has A/C. Restaurant le marché is not very good !

I stopped there for a night during the drive back to Italy. The hotel has a great location with a superb lake view. Unfortunately, was there in winter, so cold weather. A brilliant add on is that the hotel is in the same building as a supermarket and a food market.. very funny is that it had the receptionist of the hotel is the cashier of the supermarket, a very friendly Italian girl. The town is small, but very nice. I had late lunch in a town nearby and dinner in a different town.

We have been coming here for the last 5 years. We picked it up the first time because it is right after the border and coming from the South of Italy to go to Brno to watch the MotoGP is very handy. Bur we have found out that is really a lovely place on the lake. The room and the bathroom are super super clean, the bed is one double bed, the room is the right size on the first floor there is a wonderful restaurant, that makes great cake for breakfast.

Interesting place with amazing view overlooking the lake and mountains. Great location considering nearest cities to visit and also as a great please to make break on trip. Professional service and really great restaurant !! Fresh food and many things to chose for everyone. I really record, I spend 150 night per yer on different Accor hotels, so honestly I will be back 😉

This hotel is very popular and it's easy to see why. I had a great time there last Winter and it's even better in the Summer! This hotel is part of the building that also includes a Marché restaurant and a Burger King. It is located at the rest stop next to the highway and the hotel doesn't hide that fact. If you come to the hotel, it means you have a car and it's just a 5-minute ride to Velden or Portschach and a 15-minute ride to Klagenfurt. You're close to everything, which is very convenient! The best thing about this hotel is the amazing view over the lake. It is especially charming at night, when the Pyramidenkogel tower changes colours. And if there is moonlight on top of that, it's extremely romantic. It is also very peaceful and quiet at night (if you're lucky with the neighbours, that is). In order to get the best view, you should definitely book a balcony room on the top floor. They are a bit pricier, but totally worth it! You won't regret paying a few extra euros when you take in that view. Also keep in mind that the hotel is very popular in Summer (I was there for 4 nights and on 3 of them the hotel was completely full), so you should book well in advance. Another strength of this hotel is its staff – such wonderful people! They are all very polite, friendly, helpful and nice. It was a pleasure to interact with them at all times. I also recommend the buffet breakfast. There is an egg station where the cooks make eggs to order and they are heavenly! On top of that, you can sit on the terrace outside and get some more of that beautiful view. It is an Ibis hotel, so there's no luxury, but you have everything you need in the room and it's perfectly clean. What more do you need? After such a good experience, I can't wait to return!
