We totally agree with the fact that Sofitel Bali got an Award. What a stunning hotel, located at the beach with breathtaking gardens. Clean rooms and outstanding service. We enjoyed delicious breakfast at buffet, lunch at the beach bar and dinner at Cucina. In few words: a stay that we will never forget. We will definitely come back.

Absolutely loved our experience staying in the villa at Sofitel. Our butler Nicky went above and beyond for us every day, and made sure we were 100% comfortable all the time and not a single request was unanswered. Thank you Nicky we will be back!!

The complex is in great condition and there is a lot on offer. The hotel has an incredibly beautiful pool area and also a beach that is never really crowded with very comfortable loungers. The rooms are in very good condition and are cleaned very thoroughly every day. Especially the great food in the main restaurant which offers something for every taste should be emphasized. I would also like to thank especially to Gita and also to Oka from the front office team, who are very friendly and extremely eager to help you with any request, making your stay even better. However, it should also be mentioned that the front office team and restaurant staff in particular are really very friendly and helpful. A small negative aspect to mention is the overabundance of beach sellers, which becomes really annoying in the long run, especially in a hotel of this type, as it feels like you can't lie on the beach for 5 minutes without being approached by 3-4 beach vendors. It should also be noted that it is a little disappointing that no bar in the entire hotel is open longer than 11 pm, where you could end the evening with relaxing music.

Amazing Hotel! We love it here. You never get bored here. We really enjoyed the hotel entertainment especially the water airobic with Krisna :) It’s always fun to join. When the clock hits 11 am you know where to find us, Krisna is dancing and stretching with us. Definitely recommend. Thank you so much
