Absolutely beauty do resort, perfect for relaxing poolside with great food. The resort is the perfect blend of activities and relaxation. It is not too far from the airport and is easily accessible with staff able to assist you in any tours and activities. I can’t wait to come back here again.

JUST IN LOVE WITH THIS PLACE! We‘re looking forward to come again in the future! It was absolutely stunning and the staff was so friendly 💞 We loved our room and it was super clean! The whole property was just beautiful and we loved hanging around!

From the moment we arrived at the hotel the experience was very welcoming, gracious and loving. All the staff was very courteous and smiling. Though the check-in is a bit late at 3pm, byt all hotel facilitues are available as soon as you get there including the pool etc. We had an exceptional lunch service provided by Ria, who took care of us throughout our stay even when she was not serving us. Definately recommended for others to come for a relaxing holiday.

We hired bikes and it was fantastic lovely staff so helpful- Satria was fantastic and very helpful !! The hotel is amazing , staff are beautiful, they will help you with anything you need - loved the bikes !

I don’t know where to start. Overall, my stay here was very good. The good services and tranquil vibe of the hotel are very clever for such a great staycation here. Nevertheless, as a local tourist from Indonesia, I felt treated differently compare to other international tourists, especially in Cucina beach resto. For the story I could not share here, I have talked to Mbok Mega Ayu about my experience in Cucina. I think Mbok Ayu is the best staff here who serve me and my mom fairly towards local tourist during my staycation in Sofitel.
