Went to dinner at Cucina and our experience was enhanced by the wait staff especially Ary. He certainly bought a smile to our faces when he emerged with a giant pepper shaker. The ambience of the restaurant is something to be desired. The food was okay.

Fantastic resort so relaxing, thank you to Nicky & Diah for looking after us so well. Everyone one is so welcoming and friendly and can't do enough for you. Beautiful grounds tranquil and relaxing. Great restaurants with lovely food and Toya on the beach front is a must, Yulyastika was amazing.

Hera was our host for club miellse, she went well and beyond. The drinks, food, lounge was lovely. An enjoyable stay . The room was close to the beach, the room was cleaned twicely, we had a lovely cleaner who looked after us well, very friendly. The beds were comfy, and turned down each night, the sheets were like silk.Everythinh was easily accessible, would highly recommend club lounge, you get checked in seperate area and and made to feel very welcome

The staff couldn’t have been more welcoming, they were incredibly warm, friendly and helpful, nothing was too much trouble. Great food, amazing room. Very happy with our experience at Sofitel Nusa Dua. The location is ideal, situated nicely on the beautiful beach at Nusa Dua.

The Toya Beach Bar at Sofitel Nusa Dua BBQ platter was AMAZING. Atmosphere divine, cocktails sensational. Even more fabulous was our divine waitperson Sita. Sita was attentive, friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. She made our dining experience!
