The location is good, closed to Erding Therma (the reason why we were here), pharmacy, shops & places to eat. The center is less 2 km. We didn’t expect much, as this is “budget” hotel, though we expected cleaned room. We stayed in room 224 for 2 night. During our stayed we found spiders & at the ceiling some webs (luckily none of our family member us afraid of spiders). At the corner, between the sink & shower, the floor was dirty (a combination of dried water & dirt), the floor in shower is “slippery” …. It needs to be cleaned (not with water, but with some cleaning product pls). The reason for 3 stars & not less, is because good location … offset with the above comment of the cleanliness & because at night it can be quite noisy (from people in McD).

Matthias will probably be the first person you encounter at Reception, and he's a total star! He's a warm and friendly guy and will make you feel right at home from the moment you arrive. He processed my arrival swiftly and answered all my questions perfectly. My room was clean and comfortable and very welcome after a stressful journey. The hotel provides a great unlimited breakfast which is highly recommended. All in all this is a fantastic hotel which offers great value for money and a very happy experience.

Very good stay overall. Comfortable room and efficient service.

An excellent stay overall - the room was spotless, the bed very comfortable, good location in terms of proximity to Munich Airport and Erding town centre, cleanliness and Covid safety of a high standard and breakfast plentiful. Well done!

This is a budget hotel with simple rooms but considering the price you get really good value for your money. The hotel is located in a commercial area so not much sightseeing here but if you just need an overnight stay near the airport, this a very good option. Check-in was really easy and the rooms had good wi-fi. The aircon worked well which was nice during the hot summer night.

The hotel is at a short distance to Munich airport. Although on a budget basis, it has all basics and it is very clean. Shops at a walking distance and from here one can go anywhere around Munich. Recommended.
