A comfortable hotel nearby airport. The hotel is well maintain, it is very clean in every corner from main area till the room. The option for the food in the restaurant with effortable price was awesome, The pastry is delicious. Love it. I stayed for 2 nights and I had great experience. The staff is very friendly, special thanks to sherly at the restaurant who always welcoming me with a great hospitality.

Yes they are perfect test on the pillows the place is wonderful and perfect for relax and distraction the area needs some work to improve tourists in the area as well increase the entire ecosystem and expand economic development in the area to get more employment

Very happy with all the smiles and service here at Ibis Styles Jakarta Airport. Great prices and food. It of 10 stays here, I have always slept well and had good showers. Good amount of electrical outlets. Free shuttle is a big plus. Thank you Maya for the great help and way to save money. 😃

Long queue with slow check in

Check in time took forever, they only had one person in the front office when the check in queue was long. I managed to check in after + 40 min of queueing, almost 1 am at that time. They should have had at least two front officer when they noticed the very long queue.

This hotel has numerous 4 and five star reviews, but those must be from a different hotel. The one and two star reviews are much closer to what we experienced. The staff did try to make things better which is the only redeeming quality of the stay Overall, a horrible experience, we cancelled our return reservation. Our flight was delayed and we could not find a timetable for the shuttle. I send several emails to the hotel but never got a response. After a $20 USD cab ride through some pretty awful areas we arrived. The lobby was sweltering but not nearly as hot as our room. The thermostat was already as low as possible, but it had to be close to 30 C. A guy came and checked it out and it got a bit better, but not much. There was one glass in the room and two small waters for two people sweating all night. Thankfully we reserved two beds as they looked like what you would see in a youth hostel and were just as comfortable as you would expect. After a miserable night sweating, I went for a shower. 20 minutes later I still had no hot water. My wife did eventually get hot water. Breakfast was sad, very little protein, mostly cold noodle or vegetable dishes. There was an egg station, but it remained closed until we left at 0730. The shuttle seems an afterthought, running every 1 to 1 1/2 hours or not at all. We took a 0730 shuttle which completely full, no a/c to speak of, ripped seats, just an old sad bus.
