Internet unusably slow, rude staff

I stayed here for a week for work purposes. Unfortunately, the internet was so unbelievably slow (1mbps - dial-up speed) that it was impossible to work here. I complained and received no response. I also requested a spare pillow on 3 separate occasions. I was repeatedly told by a rude staff member that it would be brought up to my room. It was not. The rooms were also very basic and location quite poor and dangerous at night. I will not be returning.

We are staying here for 9 nights. christmas 2020 . Booked for 3 people It is situated about 100 m from the subway and tram station close to many markets and fast food.clean.close to many markets and fast food.staff is very helpful.the bed room is too small

We are staying here for 9 nights. Booked for 3 people (2 adults, 1 child), but description failed to mention that a "double bed" was really a pull out sofa / large cot. Floors are threadbare and dirty, walls dirty. They refused to give more than 2 towels (for 3 people). We have used the towels for 3 days (6 days to go), and they refuse to give us clean towels without charge. Very very unsafe neighborhood. Reception told me not to walk anywhere at night. I would highly recommend finding other accommodations.

Online booking was s great help and in budget I found Apart hotel adagio access Paris at Asnieres Paris... I must tell you all that it was similar to what u saw in the site but was not prepared to pay extra for housekeeping, daily bed change and off course an area of 24 sqm promised in the site was a bit too small. Well was happy that as per site I got the minimum promised But then u feel the sites should bring out such shortcomings lest the traveller takes it for granted

We stayed for 24 nights in this aparthotel. All was ok: 1. It is situated at 50 m from the subway station; 2. Many supermarkets are situated in the zone; 3. Behind the hotel there is a hudge park, La Villette (don' t go there in the night) 4. The price is very convenient ( if you stay more than 2-3 nights). 5. The staff is ok and try to do its best. 6. The room is dotated with a mini kitchenette 7. It is very clean. 8. The beds are new and all the furniture is like new. 9. The bathroom is in very good form. The only cons are: 1. There is no air conditioned ( not now but they are into a continuous improving so...) 2. The towels are changed every week and no daily ( but this is the rule in many aparthotels). Mind: for the publis transport you can buy T10 tickets ( 10 trips) or a one week unlimited trips in all Paris, called Navigo pass (22.80 euros- you need to have a passport photo ) valuable from Monday to Sunday. Don' t buy tourist tickets. It is a city tax to pay: 1.65 euros pro person by night. So, we recomand this aparthotel.
