The bed is lovely had very nice sleep due to the pillows. The staff was very welcoming and easy to speak to and any think we needed there help us with that. The food was very nice two I would recommend this place to many friends and family thank you to all staff

very polite and helpful staff who answered my queries very quickly. it is a short drive from the station as well as across the road from supermarket (tescos and a petrol station). my room was clean when i arrived and my food was great. i would reccomend to anyone staying in the area

I'd be happy to share my thoughts on the Mercure hotel. I recently stayed there and it was definitely a five-star experience. The staff was incredibly friendly and attentive, the rooms were spacious and comfortable, and the amenities were top-notch. The hotel's location was also fantastic, with easy access to nearby attractions and restaurants. Overall, I had a wonderful stay and would highly recommend the Mercure hotel! 😄🌟
